1.Is it easy to assembl?
An experienced assembling worker can have 1 unit done in 4 hours.
House is modular made which is easy to be assembled,we have assembling manual and videos toguide you step by step. No special tools will be needed,just screw driver,level,ladder anda cutter. If you have any problem assembling it,you can always call for our online support.

2.Is customization available?

Yes,most of our orders are made to clients' requirements,you can send us your sketch and specifications of your order details. Or you can communicate with us for order details then we can get you a CAD floor plan and 3 D photo to design for you.

3.What's the lead time and shipping time

Usually order can be done in 1 to 7 days,for bulk order it depends on the quanity ordered.
As for shipping time,it is usually shipped by sea,shipping time varies from country but usually it is 15 to 45 days.

5.Can you have it with extra corossion proof because i live near the sea.
Our beams and purlins are galvalized plus beam is bake painted. so itis rust proof,for extra corossion proof you can the wall panel to be fluorine-carbon coated then it will do the job.

 
4.What can you do for better winterproof as live near the sea.

For better windproof steel bars can be added inside of wall panels for better windproof,and have steel windproof bars outside to offer better structure stability and wall panel protection.

5.I live in Russia,is the thermal proof good enough.

Our standard unit is good for temperate and tropical area.For cold place like Russia and Sweden,we would suggest 10cm PIR wall panel which can meet local thermal insulation standard,and have window to be trople layered Low-E termpered glass of great sound proof and thermal proof. Plus on the roof part to have 8cm thickthermal proof material.

6. Is toilet,shower set,solar panel,AC/heater,water heater, electrical sytem included?
Those are optional,we can offer those if neeeded.

7. I want to use this kind of house as Air BNB hotel,can you make it look better?

Yes,we have better look cladding for inside,outside and floor and ceiling. So it will have a modern look and good for beach bar,coffee shop,street shop and hotel. Actually the Qutar world cup football fan village hotel is made this kind of container house.
